Therefore, SWOTT analysis can be used to identify hassles for adjustment in an external environment (Partridge, 2007). These factors may not be within someone's range of influence. Therefore, someone should link the resources at his/her disposal, enabling him to prioritize the changes needed to be made. Considering a health organization, someone can conduct a SWOTT analysis to assess the resources necessary to add for a favorable shift in the organization.Strengths are internal factors that may be considered essential for amendment in a group while weaknesses are the internal factors that might hinder a successful result of the modification.Availability of finance in the organization. The management has to ask itself if the organization has the r equired funding to administer the change. For instance, if an organization wants to upgrade the equipment for chemotherapy, then it must consider the available financial funds to buy the machine. If it happens that they have the funds, then it becomes a strength while if they do not have the funds, it is a weakness on their side. The culture of the organization. This is mainly how the team operates in their daily responsibilities (Partridge, 2007). If a body wants to rotate its workers, then it will need to consider if the staff are willing to share their area of expertise. This can be a strength if the team works towards a common goal thus facilitating the change, and it can also be a weakness if the converse is true. The staff. Someone has to consider the knowledge and skills, motivation levels and the willingness to take responsibility. If it is positive, then it is a strength, while if it does not approve the change, it is a weakness.Opportunities, threats, and trends are the ext ernal pressures for change that may affect change in an organization (Partridge, 2007). Opportunities are helpful to the achievement of the goals while threats are the factors that threaten the success of the change. Trends are the general directions in which something is changing.Technological shifts in the economy. Since technology changes every minute, an organization needs to integrate when needed. This may affect how the consumers will react to the modification. Thus, the trend should be considered if it is positive for the organization or not.
